Excitement - New Shipping Carrier

has added USPS shipping options for both domestic and international shipping.  Customers should be aware that USPS rates are generally lower than UPS rates, BUT transit times are generally longer for USPS than for UPS.  Throw into the mix that UPS packages do not move on weekends, while USPS do.

Newcomb Machining Services

Newcomb Distributors maintains a machine shop as a convenience to their dealers and to promote the sale of parts.  They offer cylinder work (boring, sleeving & related tasks) in-house.  Newcomb Distributors also rebuilds single throw crankshafts.  They send cylinders to Langcourt, Ltd. for plating.  And Larry "Spiderman" McBride provides headwork.  Pricing is in 2 tiers...a special rate for dealers not providing their own parts & a higher rate for dealers who send parts with their job.  This higher rate is also the suggested retail rate.
