This kit, developed by Kibblewhite is a great seller for all dirt bike applications but especially for the Honda CR’s. It is a valve, spring, retainer and lower collar kit that replaces the stock titanium intake valves with stainless steel intake valves. All KPMI titanium valves are manufactured from solid US milled titanium bar.  The titanium bar is cut, forged and then the stem is pulled from the forging process & cross-sectionally reduced.  After all final grinding & machining, the valve is encased in a hard titanium nitride shell.  Kibblewhite has tested these valves in the lab and on the track.  They have proven themselves repeatedly in many high-demand applications, from a dual stage nitrous motor to a recent Superbike from Hell.

KPMI fully machines their White Diamond Valves from a one-piece forging of either EV8 Stainless Steel or Inconel-751.  These materials have proven heat & corrosion resistance properties and are hard chromed with a 360 degree anode to produce the highest possible grade of hard chrome finish.

All KPMI Black Diamond Stainless Steel Valves are impregnated by a special German process to .002" deep with a .0002" surface build-up to improve wear properties & reduce friction.  This process provides resistance to corrosion & wear that is superior to that developed by hard chromium & electrolysis nickel plating.  These valves are light & the profiles provide excellent flow characteristics.
