NEWCOMB returns finished product -> CUSTOMER in a reusable BlockBox with a UPS Return Service Label. CUSTOMER pays freight both ways for the initial order & a $20 deposit for the reusable box.
Next time the CUSTOMER sends work -> NEWCOMB in the reusable BlockBox using the UPS Return Service Label prepaid by NEWCOMB.
Using this program, NEWCOMB always pays shipping charges one way after the first time.
